8 pm Saturday 02/11/2012. Special tapping of Schneider Aventinus Eisbock Wooden Cask for the 1st time in South Florida! This beer is an eisbock, created by freezing off a portion of water and extracting it from the beer. What is left behind is a higher concentration of beer that is more pronounced in flavor and alcohol. Schneider Weizen-Eisbock is brewed by Private Weissbierbrauerei G. Schneider & Sohn, or Schneider for short. Its a damn good beer with high marks from all the beer drinkers, raters, geeks, etc. Taste Expecations – Dark fruits, raisins, touch of clove. This eisbock has a nice malt backbone also. This beer taps from a wooden cask, at 8 pm. Make sure you don’t miss out on this rare & beautiful cask, CHEERS!

Shipyard Applehead is a crisp, refreshing wheat ale with a delightful apple aroma and subtle cinnamon flavor. “We asked Pumpkinhead fans what other flavors would they like to see an…d their answer was apple,” said director of sales and marketing, Bruce Forsley. “We listened to what our fans asked for and created Shipyard Applehead. Master brewer Alan Pugsley has combined the subtle sweetness of cinnamon and apple with a clean, refreshing wheat ale to create a whole new beer experience. 4.5%

This Cuvee, luminous amber in colour, matures for months in oak barrels that previously contained wine or other spirits. It is the oak barrels that give this beer the manifold complex aromas. On the palate the brew reminds one of fruity red wines with a pronounced acidity. 11% ABV
